1.     Website and Application

               i.         All users must be over 18+ years old to use and sign up with freepredict. freepredict reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any user and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. freepredict takes its responsibilities with respect to underage and responsible gambling very seriously.

              ii.         freepredict will confirm a user’s account by posting email verification to the user. Users only get correspondence after email verifications have been confirmed. Please note that freepredict does not request user's information on the verifications of accounts.

            iii.         To enable you to create a profile on the website and subscribe, we may require that you provide your financial information and any other information that we may require from time to time (“Personal Information”).
NOTE: We only make requests for such information to confirm subscription payments on our Basic and Premium plan packages

             iv.         By accepting the Terms and signing up to use the Website content and Predictions, you hereby agree that we shall be entitled to conduct identification, credit, and verification checks periodically that are required by applicable laws and regulations and relevant regulatory authorities for use of the Website and our Services generally. Also, by signing up, you agree to provide all such information as we require in connection with such verification checks. We shall be entitled to suspend or restrict accounts of users in any manner that we may deem in our absolute discretion to be inappropriate until the relevant checks are completed to our satisfaction.

              v.         Users may open only one account. Information accessed by you on the Website (including results, predictions, and odds) is for your personal use only and the distribution or commercial exploitation of such information is strictly prohibited. Should we identify any user with more than one account or users reposting and sharing exclusive information explicitly, we reserve the right to treat such users or accounts as one joint account or expressly delete such accounts where necessary.

             vi.         Users are advised to keep accounts up to date to ensure that they continue to receive emails, notifications and also make themselves eligible to partake in promos.

            vii.         Subscribers are advised not to cancel, leave, or exit the Prediction Platforms added to communicate pieces of information without the admin’s permission, such action will automatically cancel your subscription and you will not be given access to the platform until a new subscription is initiated.

 Account Management

               i.         freepredict allows all its users to choose their own username and password combination. Users must keep this information confidential as you are responsible for all activities on the account.

              ii.         Once an account has been upgraded to a plan, subscription begins (whether or not you make use of the content, predictions, and odds provided, Do not have access to your account, or forgot your password).

            iii.         If, at any time, you feel a third party is aware of your username and/or password you should change it immediately via the Website. Make use of the “forgot my password” option.

             iv.         User Current Subscription status will always be displayed on the dashboard of user accounts.

3.     Personal Details

               i.         By signing up, users have entrusted us with their emails and subscription details, we are therefore obligated to protect the information of our users by adhering to standard confidentiality protocol

              ii.         You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Profile and password and for restricting access to your computer/mobile device. While freepredict shall take all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information, you hereby accept responsibility for any breach, unlawful access, use, compromise, or manipulation of your Personal Information caused by your conduct, inaction, carelessness, inadvertence, or negligence. You are to notify us immediately if You become aware of any disclosure, loss, theft, or unauthorized access or use of your Personal Information.

               i.         Your use of the Website may involve the transmission of your Personal Information to a third-party service provider(s). Given your right to provide consent for the transmission of your personal information, you confirmed that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy and that you consent to the transmission of such information.

You consent to us sending all notifications, notices, records, statements, communications, updates, records, and any other information regarding the Website and freepredict products to you (“Correspondence and Communication”) electronically. You also understand that you can remove yourself from these communications by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of the actual email.
